hello, need help for FSW

Questions:

Do i need to submit only copies of passports or notarized copies?
Do I need to submit pages of older passports to prove my travels? I have visas from other countries, do i need to attach since its not asked
Do i need to get birth certificates and marriage certificates notarised?
Do I need to send in letter showing refusal of an old application?

1.Only copies of passport, since its shows passport no.,date of issue and expiry,photo,name,DOB birth place and also pages showing amendments in name and DOB(in short first and last page of passport).
2.There is an application form called Supplementary information- Your travels(it would ask u in detail about ur previous travels)
3.Nope only copies.
4.There is an appln form called IMM5669E(schedule A background /declaration), it includes a question which asks have u ever been refused any visa.....say yes and also provide a copy of rejection.....it won't do u any harm
