Question 1. Can someone tell me if "Food and beverage trainee manager" is considered to be a skilled occupation according to NOC category? The position was held in a five star hotel with managerial reponsibilities. Annual salary: US $10,000. Free housing, transport, and managers' meals.

Question 2: Or / And, is this considered to be a trade certificate?

Question 3: Can managerial work experience gained under refugee status in Canada be considered valid? (what if the claim for refugee status has been withdrawn before the hearing? Will it still be the same?

Question 4. Am i required to provide reference letters for non managerial work experiences with the application for SW gained during the past five years? or is it just for managerial work experiences?

A Trainee manager is not the same as a manager...so I suggest you double check on the NOC list as well as check with some reputable immigration consultants regarding this

When you apply you have to provide work experience certificates for all the jobs which you have mentioned in your application
