Hi, BA is basically 3 year program in India. For eligibility to do MBA in the universities in Canada, the requirement is 4 years of Bachelors education. You should have good score in GMAT and IELTS and if work experience as well that will give you edge in your profile.
Visa is the last step, first you should have an admission/acceptance letter from the university!
To become eligible, you can pursue 1 yr/ 2 yr Masters degree M.A/M.Sc which will make you eligible to do Masters in Canada by fulfilling the total number of years of education in your country.
You can look in Concordia University's MBA program, in which you might become eligible for their Master's program, provided you have a good GMAT and IELTS score. . Consult them, email them (find contact in that page) and ask if you can apply to their MBA program.

I would strongly recommend to apply only to universities if you are looking for MBA degree, which will make you eligible for 3 years PGWP (Post Graduate Work Permit)
Hope that helps.
Just a request, please use english in this forum, it will be easier to communicate to students.
