Hello everyone. I have an Psw job and I want to ask about PR pathway. How much experience do I need? And where should I create my profile in PNP, CEC or federa(express).Does that job count as noc B? My job responsibility are mentioned below.
- Provide personal care to residents such as bathing, assisting with personal hygiene, toileting, and others.
- Assist residents with R.O.M. exercises and mobility as directed.
- Serve and collect food trays.
- Feed residents who require assistance
- Carry out non-prescription treatments, as directed.
- Prepare residents for and escort them to in-home appointments as directed.
- Encourage residents’ independence in activities of daily living.
- Comfort, reassure, and understand residents’ emotional, social and spiritual needs
if somebody can guide me that will be great help. Thanks
