There is no such thing as free education in Canada. Contact the school where you plan to attend and see if they have any bursaries for international students. Look at African scholarships too.. It will not cover all or much of your studies so you still need to show cash in the bank to pay tuition and minimum of $21k for living expenses.

If you are doing a PhD, there may be opportunities for post doc positions to cover your studies.
