what about the MD specialists, there are no clear informations the chance of working in Canada, such as the orthopedic surgeons with some years of experience.

You will not be able to work in Canada when you first arrive. You will need to go through a re-certification process to be allowed to work as an MD in Canada. This process typically takes several years - and many are never successful because they cannot find a residency post. I would very strongly suggest you do research about the challenges of working as a doctor in Canada before thinking of coming here. It's quite possible you may come here and then never work as an MD again.

Unless you did your schooling or residency in the US, some European countries, Australia, NZ or South Africa you will have to pass 2 licensing exams and pay for them plus find a residency program with an available spot and complete a 5 year residency again. The issue is finding a residency spot. If you find a residency spot, very unlikely, you may not be able to find a job in Canada. If you want to continue practicing medicine I would suggest looking at other countries or staying in your home country.
