I have a question and I hope somone can help me. My father was here in Vancouver on work permit as an electrican. His work permit expired and he left Cana 
da few days ago. We applied for Canadian experience class immigration. They requested my father to Take IELTS testing. His score was 3.5 overall. Based on his work permit he was not aloud to take any formal education and with his english skills he was able to work and support him self. His english is good if he takes time to read and write which is different from this timed test. His speaking is 4.5 which is not bad.Does anyone know will they reject my dad for immigration based on this english score. Any suggestions I can do at this point to support his immigration. I need answer ......sooner that lather
