Hello all plz help me..regarding booked ticket plz...

i have booked a ticket from amritsar to toronto for 11th december of air india..
but when i am trying to find passenger information on airindia site through Booking Reference ID it shows
"Unable to load reference 'xxxxxx', please check the reference and details"
what should i do..plz help me...

if anyone know another link to find information plz share here....

Hi,

Try calling Air India Customer Care on the following numbers and quote them booking reference number once.

Air India Customer Care Toll Free Number:
1800 22 7722 (from all MTNL/BSNL lines) or 0124 2877 777 (landline for private telecom/mobile users).

They should be able to locate your reservation.
