It's been 20 days now

My biometric has not been updated on my account

Biometric details are not showing on account either. It is empty.

I have the biometric sticker on the backside of my passport.

VFS said they sent my biometrics.

IRCC says they received nothing.

I opened a webform with picture of the sticker 2 weeks ago, no response.

PLEASE HELP IM STUCK!

It is likely just a matter of time. If you are in India covid may be causing extra delays.

IRCC stated that they process applications without biometrics ( means eligibility and medicals ) you will not receive a decision until your biometrics are completed. due to the lockdown in india. you won't see biometric update until VFS resumes its service. currently it's stuck in between. please don't panic as your application will be processed. so many other applications without updated biometrics are receiving medical updates. so don't worry. it's just matter of time. other applicants in south America received biometrics update after 2 / 3 months due to lockdown. you are not the only one. it is rough time for everyone. applicants and IRCC. delays are expected. just don't fload them with webforms. they don't like that
