Hello I'm a permanent resident in Canada and got a problem with me and my wife about confidence and accused me because I entered Canada two days before the non-flag and became doubt rule I do not want a divorce and proved her good intention left Canada at their request and they'll send me a response a permanent resident so I can go back to Canada, butlied and asked for a divorce and do not want to go back I Astgletna and lied Alia and also shocked that it entered into my email after sending messages ask my consent for divorce from unscientific and written answer approval also sent to the same without my knowledge any carried out a fraud I do not want a divorce so as not to lose my staypermanent and I am currently in Syria and I want punishment for my wife
This is over on the Preserving PR section too with a response by Leon. If its not legit then the OP is one heck of a troll!!
It appears the OP is translating directly from Arabic. My interpretation/ understanding from this is that he and the spouse had trust issues (he refers to this as confidence) likely compounded by the fact that he landed 2 days before the expiry date of his PR visa (presumably medical validity). Most spouses would try and get to Canada as soon as the visa was issued so why did he leave it so late? To overcome these trust issues the OP returned to Syria with the understanding that his spouse would send his PR Card. Instead of the PR Card he got via email some documentation to consent to a divorce and also that he had consented to this - seems someone pretending to be him signed the paperwork. He is worried about loss of PR, now wants to get back to Canada and to round it off revenge on the spouse...I guess the love has gone sour.
You can apply for a Travel Document but if I recall the Damascus post is closed due to the situation in Syria so has to be made in Lebanon. If you have or can get 730 days in 5 years from date of TD application then you will get the TD. You have to provde dates to your post to get a more precise response. Deal with the divorce and fraud issues once back in Canada.
By the way your previous threads add confusion to this:
