hey people im a 20 years old girl from saudi arabia i’m from the eastern province but i do live in jeddah right now because i study there , i’m not a real muslim , im a Liberal but i hide it from my family and everyone and everyone who knows a bit about saudi arabia is going to know why , but my boyfriend who’s just like me know that and we live together in jeddah and no one knows that , all of a sudden in one day a friend of mine visited me , she wanted to do a surprise , and my boyfriend opend the door to her and she saw me behind him she came in shocked and my bf left and i tried to lie to her saying that he’s someone who came to fix the ac but it was a weak lie , then she noticed a condom in the rubbish ban , and i was begging to her to not tell anyone about it but i believe she told my parents because they insist that i should go home in the weekend saying they miss but it’s obvious why they’re doing that , anyone who knows a bit about my country will know that i maybe get killed with my bf , locked in the basement forever maybe , and the law can’t do anything about it , i have my traveling permission , and my parents don’t know that i have it , and i have enough money to travel and live by my own in wherever , so is it possible to me and my boyfriend to get accepted !!?

To get accepted As refugees ofcourse

Applying for refugee status takes time and you cannot do it from SA. To apply for refugee status, you would either need to obtain a TRV (tourist visa) to Canada and claim refugee status once you arrive in Canada. Or you would need to move out of SA to another country and be declared as a refugee by UNHCR once you are there. UNHCR would then decide which country you are resettled to. Given your age and lack of ties to your home country - it's quite unlikely that you'd be approved for a TRV.

Right now I would say no - you won't be accepted. This story isn't enough to get accepted.

Do you and your boyfriend have a visa to get to another country? Or can you travel to a country that doesn't require a visa? That should be the priority if your lives are in danger.

We have a visa to canada !!
But is that story enough to get accepted ?

You are unlikely o get a visa to Canada as a student. You have to show ties to your home country (proof you will return) nd enough assets. You also need to show a good reason for your travel and also a good travel history to countries similar to Canada.

We already have one , we went to canada 3 monthes ago to study english in an institution

You will need to have proof that your life has been threatened. Right now all you have is a story that your friend caught you. It will also look suspicious that you just returned from Canada.

What if i have evidences like pictures of my bf’s car in a bad situation and some threatening words , which it’s obviously by my brother and the law is in his side so we can’t tell the police about it

I know that but i have proofs and whatsapp chatting pictures with my friend who caught me and my parents , and threatens from my brother , and they can check the dates so they can make sure

You need more than one threat but yes similar items will work although I can not guarantee you will get asylum. You need to collect evidence to prove that your life is at risk.
