Dear Senior,
I was sent cover letter to London visa office before 1 week that request to extend my processing time till 12th of December. that time is my Ielts exam but they reply me today:

Thank you for your enquiry.
Please be advised that when we send out letters requesting documents, we take into account the fact that it will take some time for the letters to reach their destinations. We believe the time frame given for applicants to submit the requested documents is reasonable and we are not inclined to extend the deadline. The applicant should endeavour to submit their documents within the time provided in our letter.
Please be aware that processing realities mean that we are not usually able to review applications immediately after the deadline for receipt of documents has passed. However, do keep in mind that when applications are finally brought before an officer for review, a decision will be taken based on only what has been received by this office at that time. The visa officer will then make a decision, based on the information and documents on your file, to approve your application, refuse it or call you in for an interview. To this end, we strongly encourage you to meet the deadlines we have set.
If you expect delays in obtaining police certificates, please explain this in a covering letter when submitting the other documents and submit the police certificates as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,

Client Service Unit

They are saying that if you submit documents after the deadline they set, they cannot guarantee that they won't have made a decision in that time.

If they say "Submit documents by 15th October", and you don't send them until 15th November, you MAY get lucky and they may not have gotten round to doing the final review of your application by then. But if they get round to doing the review on 22nd October they are not going to wait around for 3 weeks for your additional documents.

So basically they're saying your call if you want to risk it!

Wayne.

They are saying they will consider all the document as is at the time they do the final review. Since they will not give you an official extension, your best idea is to go ahead and do you next IELTS test, and if the results are better send them in. You have nothing to lose at that stage (other than the cost of taking the test).

If they do their final review prior to the test date, then they will use the original IELTS results.

But by the wording of the letter they will definitely not grant an extension, so it's purely down to luck whether or not you will manage to get the results to them before they do their final review.

Wayne.

what this is mean??? :'( :'( There is nothing to worry about. All you need to do is submit the requested documents within the time the visa office specified. This will ensure that you don't risk been refused.

it means your deadline will not be extended for any other document except police clearance certificate which is delayed due to some reasons and you have to write a cover letter for that.

you submit ielts as soon as possible and it is your luck that your new ielts have already reached them when visa officer opens your file but they will not extend your deadline for ielts. so hurry up and send new ielts as soon as possible and forget about deadline

buddy take exam as soon as possible. dont wait 2 months and just take the next coming text. atleast you have a chance you will score good. but if you wait till december you might will be too late and not be able to send anything at all. so my advise is just take the next coming ielts and send the report.
