HEC sealed envelope

My question is that I went to HEC regional office lahore galib market for seal the degree and transcripts into envelope for the purpose of evaluation through wes. They asked me to bring white envelope and , after that we get the documents sealed and stamped. I told them to seal in an official envelope with hec address printed. They said we don't have official envelope.we seal like this. I wanted to know wes accept the sealed stamp documents through HEC like this. Regards Raffan

WES do not expect the transcripts to be in any official envelope.. As a matter of fact most universities may not have one.. WES just need the documents to be inside one sealed envelope..thats all.. Just make it a point to seal all the openings of that envelope..
