HEC Attestation for WES (Rejection)

I got my Bachelors in Science (Honors) degree attested from HEC and submitted it to WES. However, WES has made an objection on the attestation by HEC.

Please find below objection:

Final or Provisional Degree Certificate: Not Accepted
The degree/diploma that is listed on the academic document does not match the HEC attestation status. Please contact the HEC and confirm that they have entered the correct degree/diploma to your individual attestation status on their website.


Mark Sheets: Not Accepted
The degree/diploma that is listed on the academic document does not match the HEC attestation status. Please contact the HEC and confirm that they have entered the correct degree/diploma to your individual attestation status on their website.

As per WES, the reason is degree doesn't match HEC attestation status on the website of HEC. Has anyone faced similar issues with HEC attestation. If so, what should I do about it?

Provide details about what did you send to wes. Only then someone will be able to help.

Did u send provisional certificate or final degree?

I sent the degree and marksheet. Documents were correct as my batch mates sent the same docs and got them approved.
This has something to do with HEC recent website update. They have messed up details of candidates so when WES checks they find incorrect information. I'm looking for other people who faced the same problem recently i.e. with in May-June 2017.

I faced the same problem. WES not accepted my Bachelors marksheet with the reason that "The attestation status on the HEC website for this document does not indicate "Attested".
Did your issue get resolved? Can you please help me out? Should i need to submit my documents again to WES?

I am facing the same problem i think it can be confirm from our own portal. Go to Dashboard Click on approved and you will find either it is showing application in processing or processed.

Still looking for solution to resolve will call tomorow HEC to get it resolved

Call or email or approach HEC to update status against your attestations accordingly by sharing your attestation serials. Wait till they update, and keep checking on HEC portal if status is updated from 'in progress' to 'attested' upon all serials, only after that inform WES to re-verify status on their-side HEC Portal interface. They will accept it then. It's normal, personally I faced same issue and had resolved in said way. Good luck!

Dear all Pakistani friends,
I am currently outside of Pakistan. I wish to do ECA of my bachelor degree from WES.

I got sealed envelope of my both bachelor transcript and certificate from HEC Islamabad. The attestation date is last year September,2016. Recently HEC has changed attestation webportal from Das.hec.gov.pk to eportal.hec.gov.pk.

Will WES recognize my attested copies of September, 2016???
Please answer me if anybody has the solution.

I have recently received update from WES for my HEC graduation degree verification;

Not accepted
REASON

The attestation stamp number placed on the academic document does not match the online HEC attestation status

INSTRUCTIONS

Please contact the HEC and confirm that they have entered the correct stamp number on your individual online attestation status.

I have contacted HEC and they asked to send front and back side scanned copies of my degree / mark sheet and also copies of verified documents sent to WES. I have sent them copies of original but i don't have copies of documents sent to WES. As, I'm living abroad and done verification through FEDEX and also they sent sealed envelope directly to WES. I have informed to HEC about this fact and waiting for their response.

Can anyone have same kind of issue and how it was resolved.

Hey I am exactly facing the same issue. I also re-attested my documents and mailed it to WES and yet again facing the same problem. Did you get this issue resolved?
