you aren’t qualified as a pharmacy tech so no. Your NOC code has to match your education and work experience. Canada has a surplus of pharmacist which is why they aren’t on the list so much so that salaries have gone down over the past 2 decades in much of Canada. There is an express Entry draw for pharmacy techs because we need techs not pharmacists.

Dear @canuck78
Do you mean that a pharmacist (who has non-Canadian university degree and work experience) cannot apply through the express entry or PNP stream?
There is no chance at all for such a person to be accepted for immigration to Canada whether through Express Entry or PNP?
I know someone who has arrived in Canada maybe 3-4 ago on Express Entry as a pharmacist?

Assume you mean 3-4 years ago. Yes Canada had a system that favoured those who had/has professional degrees which lead to huge numbers of international pharmacists being granted PR for a few decades flooding the market with foreign trained pharmacists which was one of the reasons community pharmacy salaries have decreased over time in most of the country and most pharmacies hire part-time not full-time. Surprised that it took so long for Canada to limit the amount of foreign trained pharmacists until recently given lack of need. You can certainly try to apply but don’t believe any province has PNP for pharmacists. FSWP may be higher than your CRS score. Canada is trying to attempt to meet the skills needed not to accept just anyone based on score which has lead to the labour market mismatches.
