health insurance is needed?

Hey guys. I have got visa for jan 2014 n going in Dec 25th flight. Centennial college. My qstn- health insurance is needed or it is covered in tution fee? Biotech course. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx oh yeah pcc is recommended or can ignore?

Check with your college. Should be on their website. I know my tuition fee includes UHIP, but I
m at a different college.
