As previous poster has said check out with your college if the health insurance covers or for an additional fee can cover a spouse. Personally I doubt it but ask the college as I suspect this is not a new question and if you think about it nobody on here will really be able to advise on your individual college health plan arrangements given the number of colleges in Canada.
