Health Coverage Needed ASAP ~ Any Suggestions?

I need to find health coverage for my spouse ASAP, does anyone have any ideas?

He was on BC-MSP but was taken off since his original Visa has expired and he's now here under implied status under his PR application. MSP won't cover you if you are on implied status.
