HCCP Gaining Experience Stage 2 : Full-time work definition and Proof of Work

I am currently working under the Home Child Care Provider Pilot (HCCPP) and have already passed Stage 1. I am now accumulating the required 6 months of work experience for Stage 2 (Gaining Experience Category).

I have two key questions regarding the work requirement and proof of income:

1. Definition of Full-Time Work

The program states that full-time means at least 30 hours of paid work each week. Does this mean that the requirement is based on total weekly hours, regardless of whether those hours come from one employer or multiple employers?

For example, if I work 20 hours with one employer and 10 hours with another, would this still count as full-time work (since the combined hours meet the 30-hour-per-week requirement)?

2. Proof of Income and Taxes

My employer pays me via e-transfer but does not deduct taxes, so I do not receive a T4 slip. I file my own taxes and will obtain a Notice of Assessment (NOA) from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Would my NOA be considered sufficient proof of my work experience for the application? If not, what other documents should I provide?

I appreciate any insights from those who have gone through this process or have received clarification from IRCC. Looking forward to your responses.
