We are applying under CEC . We made a grave mistake by applying through an immigration lawyer. We had a conflict of opinion with them recently and we decided to withdraw their services. We have conveyed to the agent the same. We have asked them to delete our current profile so we can create a new profile on our own. These ppl told us they would but last three days they haven't been responding to our calls or emails and they haven't deleted our profile yet. We have enough points to secure an ITA immediately in upcoming draws. And we have all our documents ready in hand.
My question is how do I deal with these agents and can I go ahead and create a new EE profile on my own??
