Having relatives in province other than the one where applied for PNp

Hello,

My father applied for PNP-B in Manitoba and he intends to visit Winnepeg this summer for an exploratory visit. I live in Ontario. Does this affect his application and will it be declined if he comes to visit me in ON after his interview and exploratory visit.
