Having problem wiht Credit and needs to file BC nomination prg

Dear Fellows

I need your sincere advice regarding " Bad credit". Credit Cards Payment". I also want to return this amount. I do not know, have they added my name in the criminal records and bad credit list. If yes, then how can i get the clearance certificate from Credit and Police ( Criminal Record)?

I had lived in Vancouver during the years between 1999 to 2003 on the student visa. But I could not complete my program of education and returned home with out over staying in Canada to join my parents in Pakistan. (due to bad health of my mother)

Currently, I am working in a bank as a financial consultant, officer in Pakistan. I am married and have two kids.

Kindly advice soon, how to proceed for my immigration application,

Bad credit is not a criminal offence,But you may choose to clean up your name,You can contact CVB collection in Vancouver which does most of the collection in the Vancouver area,tell them your history and that you want to pay your debt.Or if you want contact me and I can assist you
