there are some occupations like restaurant managers, plumbers where most of the people dnt have any relevent qualifications... can they apply under FSW category??
 
Well. We had discussed this subject in sow other threads.

In general, yes, experience, once proved, can overcome the education element. This is what the op6 stated. What I suggest is;

1- Select your target NOC
2- go to HRSDC to learn about the employment requirement
3- you need to learn whether the job is regulated or not
4- then the OP6 could be consulted accordingly.

Let's know which NOC is yours to get feedback from this forum members.

thanks dear.. my NOC is 0631.. Restaurant managers.. i applied in april 2010. got initial acceptance.. now i am in process of submitting full application with all the documents.. i hope they dont ask revelent education for the restaurant manager.

You should be fine with experience.

OP6 stands for Overseas Processing guide 6 that CIC Officers use as a guide for FSW. It's good to read it. Here is the link:

I Have already clear this question in another thread if you read OP 6 it is cleary state that you dnt need relavant education and visa officer do not consider employment requirment of the applicant NOC.
