Having CRS reduced after having ITA due to age - CEC applicant

Hi respected members,

Just wanted to clear out my concern for my EE - CEC application regarding CRS drop due to age.

I received the ITA on Oct 12 with the CRS of 503. When my birthday came on Oct 18, my CRS dropped to 498 after recalculation once I finished filling in forms, and I submitted my e-APR on Oct 20. Therefore, my concern is if my application is still eligible to be processed by the officers? Is the Exemption to section A11.2 applied to CEC applicants?

There’s an exemption for this between ITA and eApr for age
