Hi,

Is having children with my partner be considered as a solid proof for cohabitation? I actually send finacial support monthly since my oldest son was born.

appreciate anyone who can respond.

Best regards

No - it's not. See answers here:

Proof of cohabitation is something that proves you are physically living at the same address as your partner/spouse. Having children together and sending support payments does not prove you are living together.

As I posted in your other thread, I don't believe so. This would be like a father paying child support and alimony to an ex-wife.

Cohabitation means living together by definition:
co·hab·it (k-hbt)
intr.v. co·hab·it·ed, co·hab·it·ing, co·hab·its
1. To live together in a sexual relationship, especially when not legally married.

It could, however, help prove that the relationship is genuine.

It is not proof of cohabitation. Cohabitation means living together.
It can be used as proof that the relationship is genuine; it can also be used to help prove you have a conjugal relationship if you want to try to sponsor your partner as a conjugal partner.
