Having an h4 want to move to canada

Hi all,

I am currently in US on h4 visa. I am planning to move to canada as the laws for ppl on h4 are nt favourable.. I wanted to know whether the process is same like the express entry. Or can I go on a visiting visa to canada and hunt for a job and then apply for a pr. Please suggest..

Having an H4 doesn't change anything. You follow the same process as anyone else for applying for PR: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp
