having a vacation before filling my PR..

hello everyone just wanna ask if it is possible for me to have a vacation before i file for my PR, because my employer decided to have a vacation and they want me to be with them during their vacation out of canada..its like this i arrived here in canada january 2010 and my employer decided to have a vacation by january 2012 until february2011 so by that time it my 2yrs here in canada and my working visa is until august 2012 so i still have 6 month valid working visa right..now my question is what are the possible consequence i may face if i will be joining my employer for a vacation?thanks so much for your immediate help regarding this..

Vacation dates don't make sense, but the time with your employer outside Canada will not count towards your 3900 hours required.
