i applied for PG work permit long back and it's been approved on nov10th 2009 and till now i haven't received my letter from immigration canada, i called to them to verify this, they mentioned that they posted it long back but it's been 12 bussiness days... normally it wont take this much time. I had asked an alternative for this solution they mentioned that i need to wait 6 weeks more, if i dont receive it then they will re-issue again. How ever they had given me the WP # and Duration ... and they mentioned "Technicall i can work " , but with this WP# can i apply SIN# ???? or Service canada needs WP letter ???? i had asked this same question to Immigration canada they mention we have no idea about this ... plz help me if anyone knows
