Havent received the WP-EXT form after applying for workpermit

i have applied for work permit as soon as my course got over on August 22 but I haven't received the
WP-EXT form, Instead if choosing Post graduate work permit I selected open work permit by mistake.

I have sent multiple web forms to IRCC
What to do?

Can I withdraw my application and submit new application?
