Haven't received response for "Travel Authorization request"

Hi Friends,

I raised Travel authorization request for my wife and for my son who are in India with visitor permit. My Son got approval but i haven't got any response for my wife. Does it mean its rejected for her? It already passed 14 business days since my first request.

Can i raise another webform for my wife.? Please advice

If they each applied separately would wait. Many applications take over 14 days.
