Haven't received my UCI and Application Number

Dear All

I had applied for student visa on 18th September 2018 for January 2019 through VFS New Delhi, India. It has been almost 7 weeks and I haven't received my application number. I tried to link my application through my Family name and given name but it shows that they couldn't find any application for the same. What am I supposed to do? Please help me with it.

I had also emailed Canada High Commission, New Delhi but haven't received any response from them except an automated email.
