Hi, I wonder if anyone could advise me. My wife's application has been in for a while for PR through the online portal.

We recently completed our medicals and my wife completed her biometrics a while ago. We received a letter in the online account stating that I need to pay for a biometrics appointment for myself, which I did and I have the receipt. However, its been a few weeks and I haven't received the biometrics instruction letter.

I've tried using the IRCC webform with no response, I tried contacting the Canadian Embassy 4 times by email and received no response, I called them and they were too busy to take my call. I contacted vfs global and they just reiterated that I need a biometrics instruction letter to book the appointment.

My time runs out to complete the biometrics in a couple of weeks, meaning I may lose the application and all the we've spent so I'm really worried. Could anyone tell me how I can get this appointment booked or get my instruction letter?
