Haven't received ATIP even after 30 days

When you first apply for ATIP they send you an email acknowledging your request and the time it will take for them to process. You can reply back to that original email and mention it has been beyond 30 days and you have not received your report yet, they are pretty good in responding back if they are experiencing any issues or as to why you did not get it yet.

If you got reference / Acknowledgement number for the ATIP request, email reminder to the department, they usually responds quickly.
