Have you taken a test from a Designated Testing Agency to asses your proficiency in English?

Hi everyone,

I am applying for my study permit and I am not sure what to answer to this question, I took TOEFL to gain acceptance to the College I want to attend. Should I answer yes? Is TOEFL considered a Designated Testing Agency?
