Have you ever seen or heard anyone who was rejected PR during landing?

My friends told me his consultant said there were a few cases the applications had been refused while they were landing.

It happened at the border not immigration office in airports.
Those who were rejected seemed to havd had a problem with their visa expiry.
As long as I know,we will be get PR 100% for sure if we don't have such a problem.
Am I correct?

Insufficient funds.
Failure to declare dependants
Failure to declare change in marital status
Failure to declare criminal inadmissibility
Intent to reside in non-PNP province.
Intent to reside in Quebec without CSQ.
Expired COPR.
Significant errors in COPR (not addressable at point of entry)
Sponsorship withdrawal

In at least one case, landing was refused because the applicant intended to return back to their own home country immediately. The CBSA officer said to reapply when the applicant was ready to move to Canada.

As I'm using consultant, I don't think I fall on such cases.
I'm CEC inland applicant so I don't have to have a big amount of money like over $10K.
All of my friends didn't have such a big balance in their account, so they all have been approved.

You don't have to show POF at landing as a CEC applicant.

This was quite beneficial information (And here my consultant told me that landing could be done during transit time while travelling to another country- since it took only 2-4 hrs max)

Sorry to reopen old thread, but can you elaborate on the significant errors in COPR Part? My Country of residence and last and original entry date are not correct, do you think i should not travel till i get a new COPR
