I received ITA under CEC 2 months ago. I have submitted my PR application but it got rejected as incomplete and status cancelled. They also refunded full fee including RPRF. In rejection letter asked to create another profile which I did on the same day to enter in express entry pool. While I was creating profile, there was a question " Have you applied for PR before" I said Yes and gave rejected application number. upon submit, the status appeared as "Profile Ineligible". So I created another profile marking NO this time and submitted. I received ITA for that in next 3 days.
Now filling for new submission, I need to make sure what to mark in for that question. I say NO and provide LoE for the same sufficient? Please advise as soon as possible, it helps
