I was working as temporary worker in Canada. Got my work permit extended till Nov 2014, but not the TRV. Came back to India. Now I got an offer again in Canada with the same employer. Can I apply for TRV from India or need to apply for a new work permit as well?
Have valid WP. Can I apply TRV from outside Canada?
