Have UpFront Medicals started back??

Have Upfront Medicals started back after COVID, need to do mine and i've seen some people post that they have done their own after, but my panel physician says IRCC has not started back as yet?

IRCC hasn't closed down medicals. The Panel Physicians weren't seeing patients.

im confused then. The physician's office said at first they were cancelling due to covid, then informed me that they are opening to only do IME medicals and not upfront ones as to IRCC instruction and that they are waiting on IRCC to let them know when they can start back doing upfront medicals.
