Have u ever applied for EE before?
I once got an ITA and I started filling the profile but realize later that I can’t have all my docs ready in time so I withdrew my profile and now making it again. So what should i answer for the above question?

Also I have studied in Canada in past and also worked on Post grad work permit so I do have a Unique Client Identification Number shall I enter
