After wondering why our medical was taking so long (eligibility, criminality, security are all PASSED only waiting for medical) we get this email stating this word for word. Take note my wife lives in Iloilo and must FLY to Cebu to see these physicians (we have flown for medicals 6 times now due to re-medical and further testing etc etc all turning out fine and negative with what feels like a money grab every time). So they want us to deliver this plain text message...in person...across the Philippines. Can't they contact their own panel physicians as this is a Canadian run organization? Why must we hand deliver little notes like this...
