Have PRTD visa and want to sponsor my kids

Hello,


I have received PRTD visa that is valid for 6 months (will expire in October 2019).

I have 3 kids who are accompanying us to Canada but they don't have PR, so the embassy said the I need to apply for sponsorship application, which i did.
the application is received by CPC in Sydne 2nd of May, 2019 according to the carrier company, but i didn’t receive any confirmation from CPC themselves.

How can I expedite the process, otherwise my PRTD visa will expire.
any other advises would be appreciated.

If you are from visa exempt country, you can apply for ETA for them and travel with them to Canada.
I am also not sure if as a permanent resident you are eligible to sponsor your children while you are not in Canada.

There is no expediting. Your case is not more important than everyone else in front of you.

You need to return to Canada before your PRTD expires. If the app isn't done by then and your children don't have TRVs, you will need to leave them with someone else.

If you were not in Canada when you submitted the sponsorship application, it may be refused. Your narrative implies that you are not yet in Canada after the PRTD was issued. Otherwise, the PRTD expiry date would be irrelevant.

As a PR, you MUST be residing inside Canada to submit an application AND you must continue to reside in Canada during the whole of the application process.

You might want to withdraw the application, apply for their TRV, and hope it will be approved before October so that you can travel with them. Then process their PR application while in Canada. Otherwise you will have to leave behind for awhile.

Looks like OP may also not be compliant with their RO. Another issue that will prevent you from sponsoring your children.

If the OP was granted a PRTD, they were presumably considered to be compliant, even if via H&C.
