have not received citizenship letter

Thanks in advance for help.

My case got updated in cic website stating that, I need to go to citizenship test center on september 17th 2012, but I have not received the letter.

I have moved to a new condo in oakville on August 1st 2012, canada post just gave out the postal code for the same, so that I called up and updated the address. ( I tried out in online and via call center as I do not have new postal code they wont update my address ).

when I asked the lady during the call to call center, she said she can request new letter to be sent to me, but I wont receive it before september 17th 2012, and I was told to go to mississauga exam center directly.

When I was checking online, I needed to take the letter to the examination center.

What are options I have at this point.

really they gave you the date for your examination online?

My status has been the same since October 24, 2011 and in 2 mths will be one year!

Yeah, it also depends on where you were living, one of my friend, living in Toronto, is still waiting on test too and when he called up, they said scarborough office timelines for testing is 9 months after file got transferred.

Yes that whatthey said here in winnipeg too.I was just mad opening my mailbox everyday. Guess i have to wait till December?? my PR expired in November.I am kind of in a confused situation right now.
