I’m getting so confused with the process, have I missed out anything?

I am in Quebec - Montréal.
2019 Feb - present.
First time filing out tax return and this is for T4 employment tax return.
I have filled : Income Tax and Benefit Return and keying summary for income tax return 2019.
I am sending both of these documents to CRA and Revenu Québec.
Have I missed out any documents?
Someone just mentioned to me about RL31 , is this one necessary? (Would I cause any issue if I don’t have it?)
