Have eligible draw score but still didnt receive ITA

Hello,

I have 499 score , todays draw just checked, score 483 required. I checked my profile didnt get any ITA as of yet.


When should I get it?? I called CIC they said no help regarding Express Entry, fill up the web form.

Really worried, would appreciate your help.

One more question can I go to my home country after PR is in process?

I am unaware of all the rules under EE but I applied under old CEC category and I was in India for most of the time the application was in process. Largely because my qualification was dependent on my past experience (Canadian Work Experience - 1 year our of the last 3) and qualification (Canadian Education) and not my current status. There was no requirement for me to stay in Canada while my application was in progress.

I have read couple of times that you will have to maintain your status as a worker in Canada if you got the additional 600 points for LMIA. But I do not think that applied to you since you only had 499 points. Just my 2 cents. Wait for more experienced members to reply.

Online is the only option, unless IRCC later requests some original documents.

Yes - before, during, after... There is no requirement to be in Canada when you apply, there is no requirement to remain in Canada while a PR application is being processed. However, whether you will be able to return depends on your temporary resident (worker?) status, not on your PR application.

I am filling up the application for PR online now.

Having difficulties in these sections:
1. Personal activities : web page is not validating showing error ; dates over lap might be an issue; I used to work and study at the same time back in India, this work experience has been counted in my CEC profile.

2.past 10 year address : same problem not validating

3. once everything is updated and i click submit ; will then i be taken to the document upload page ? if so can i come back and revert changes .

It takes up to 24 hours to receive your ITA. This question is posted in every single draw thread about a million times, and it's answered about a million times as well.

Or, you know, you could have checked the 2nd post in this thread before posting...just a thought!
