Good morning, guys,

I have some questions I want to ask; thank you for your time in advance. I am a Dutch Citizen who received my ECOPR yesterday, and I am flying back to the Netherlands in May, which is next month. My student visa is still valid, and I can usually use ETA to enter the country without any issues. However, I know that once I am ECOPR, I might not use ETA to travel anymore, so in this case, what should I do with the travel plan? Can I apply urgent PR card process or something like that ?

Thank you

-You are probably right that the ETA will not work, we unfortunately don't know how quickly they cancel these. Safest to assume it won't work because you'd only find out at the airport (basically at boarding), and too late to change anything.
-Sure, try what you can to get the PR card issued more quickly - if the card is delivered in Canada while you are away, you can have it couriered to you. Or you can apply for PRTD while in the Netherlands, who knows about processing time. (Should be quick but hard to say).
-By far the simplest administratively would be to return via USA and enter at a land border. Whether that is last resort or you want to change your plans now is up to you.

Don't follow how quickly most are getting PR cards after ecopr, but recall many saying within a couple months. So concern may be for nought.
