Have been waiting for my file number/AOR for more than 5 months...

I have applied for PR under Canadian Experienced class in January, 2011. Documents were delivered on January 13th, 2011.
I haven't received any confirmation/acknowledgement letter or email from the Buffalo office yet. On their website it says that it takes up to 20 weeks but it's been much longer than that already. After 20 weeks i filled up the online contact form, but nobody got back to me yet. I was wondering if these time frames are still normal? Do i need to worry?

yaninochka - based on the info in Trackitt, Buffalo has just started the AORs for January applicants.
