This my first post, sorry if ive made amy mistakes in posting. I seek opinion from experts on the below case.

I'm gking to appply for study permit im winter 2021 session but last year i created an GCkey for my express entry applucation amd some PNP application. But later in march or april this year ive withdrawn from all my PR application as i didn't get amy ITA amd is planning for study permit.

1. Now as i will need to apply online for study permit, do I need to use the same GCKey for application or should i creat a new one?

2. As i didnt get any ITA should i mention that i apllied for PR pool?

3. Is there any impact if I state that once i created express entry earlier?

You can use the same GCKey

No, being in the pool doesn't count as an application, just a profile.

3. Is there any impact if I state that once i created express entry earlier?
As mentioned above, submitting a profile doesnt count as a visa application.
Regardless, applying for PR has no impact on student permit application.

Thank you for responding. But i have read in many thread that VO may reject if they know i have intention for PR as they want us to return ho home.

I have also found now in CIC page that the GC key will expire in July 22nd. Sp i have to creat new GCkey.

You misunderstand. In your SOP for student permit, you must explain that your aim is to leave Canada and return home once your education is complete.
However, just having a past or ongoing PR application has absolutely positively zero impact on your student permit application.

These are the facts.
