I have a canadian offer and employer willing support remote work from home country . But will there be issues when I re-enter Canada. Basically I am thinking about working out of home country for a large part of the year now I was wondering will this create issues for me when I re-enter Canada say for a meeting or some other official work .

It's not clear what your status is in Canada so hard to answer your question.

Thank you , Ok basically I have a LMIA supplementd Canadian Job offer and will start working for an initial few months out of Canada pretty soon. But I had requested my employer if I could do 6 months in my home country and 6 months in Canada which they are willing to support . But I wanted to see if I will be denied entry into Canada when I return from my home country looking at my visit history and will the border services question me , why I am not inside Canada or decline my entry ? Picture this as getting paid canadian salary from home country for a good chunk of the year will that put my work permit or a subsequent PR application in jeopardy.

There should be no reason why you would be denied entry into Canada. Note that you will need to have a valid TRV to return to Canada. Also, if you are interested in applying for PR at some point, you should be aware that any work you do for the Canadian employer outside of Canada will be counted as foreign work experience and not Canadian work experience.
