Has XXX applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?

Just a quick question as the title about personal details in CEC.

I have applied for study permit and work permit and this is the first time I apply for pr.

Do those count as "has applied to applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before"?

When clicked on "No", there is no further question;
When clicked on "Yes", it asks whether or not have I applied for pr.

If you have applied for your study permit & Work Permit then you must say yes to first question.

If you haven't applied PR before then you should say No to second question.
