has the online fee payment system worked for anyone lately?

im about ready to pay my application fees, but the other day i saw a couple topics here complaining about it.

so, has anyone here recently gotten it to work for them?
id really want to avoid that one poor person's hassle that i read they had..

Last Sunday it was fine, I made two payments and everything worked perfectly.
